Shipping policy

Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

As each miniature is produced in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods, product launches, or preorders. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Preorders
Items marked as preorder will include an estimated dispatch date on the product page.
If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order may be dispatched together once all items are available.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

- United Kingdom: 2–4 business days  
- Europe: 5–10 business days  
- Rest of the World: 7–15 business days  

Please note these are estimates and not guarantees.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. However, we will always do our best to assist in resolving any issues.

Responsibility for Orders
We are responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you or a person identified by you.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at info@raynors-workshop.co.uk and we will resolve the issue.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you realise there is an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.

Customs and Import Fees
For international orders, you may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos if applicable.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
